Hex Color and Gradient Color

Hex color was added in version 1.1.4. To use hex color, you should use special color code, it should like this:

&#<Hex color code>.

For example, &#ff0000.

Gradient color added in version 1.9.1. To use gradient color, you should use special gradient color code, it should like this:

&<#Start Color Code> Message &<#End Color Code>

For example, &<#666666>/flipcard &<#ffffff>.
